We are looking for Registered Nurses (RN) to join our teams in multiple locations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
DUTIES:
- To provide nursing care in accordance with the patient’s plan of care,
- To include comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation
- Monitoring of the patient’s condition, health promotion and prevention
- Coordination of service and direct nursing care.
- Provide healthcare or assistance in locations such as homes or facilities.
- Administer medication prescribed by a health care provider.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting and caring for patients.
- Documenting and recording information, Perform admission, resumption of care for the Home Health Patient.
- Prepares clinical and progress notes
- Submit a tally of patient care visits made each day.
- Record Patient medical histories.
- Monitor patient conditions during treatment.
- Maintain medical records
Nurse Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Registered Nurses (RN) licensed in the state of Massachusetts
